Brad began his real estate career in 1990 at Grubb & Ellis in the Office Properties Division-Dallas, where he served as a broker-trainee under top producer- Bruce Hecht. In 1995, Brad left G&E to join Swearingen Realty Group as a Vice President. During his tenure with this regional firm he was afforded the opportunity to co-manage the Pain Webber (now UBS) account and to facilitate multiple leases on the company’s behalf. Upon his relocation to San Antonio in 1997, he joined Trammell Crow Company as the only pure Tenant Representation Specialist in the office and served in that capacity for 3 years.
In 2000, Brad founded Texas Commercial Realty, which was subsequently purchased by United Systems Integrators. Brad stayed on with USI and managed the company's South Central Texas region for one year, after which he founded Duphorne Corporate Realty.
Brad considers his consistent ability to put his clients needs ahead of his own to be his most important and noteworthy ability.
