An Acquisition Company for Office Space Users      

After retiring with 30 years  in the telecommunications industry, Ms. Woitena joined the 09Realty team in 2008, bringing a vast array of skills in customer service, office, process and quality management,  data analysis, and employee relations. 

Previously, Ms. Woitena managed large budgets, supervised employee teams, lobbied  in Texas and Washington, D.C., and was part of the team that negotiated the labor agreements for a nationwide corporation.  She is a recipient of Verizon’s company wide “Customer Hero Award” for going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. 

Ms. Woitena is originally from West Virginia and she moved to Texas in 1982.  Married to Gary Woitena, they enjoy the rich blessings of parenting three children and one grandchild.  An active member of Holy Name Catholic Church, Ms. Woitena, along with her husband Gary, serve their parish as CCD Confirmation teachers, and assist with numerous other committees and projects.  Cathy served for seven years as an officer of Holy Name School PTC and currently serves as a Lector at the church.
